My Background
I have been selling residential & commercial real estate in Southern Nevada since 1989. Born and raised on the East Coast, I moved out to the Las Vegas area in 1986.
I Graduated with top honors from the University of Richmond in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Shortly after graduating, I joined a major "Big Eight" CPA firm–Peat Marwick & Mitchell–as a staff auditor where I obtained my CPA designation and required experience. Went on to work for Congress in Washington, D.C., as a a Senior Congressional Investigator investigating white collar crimes in the federal government. I relocated to Las Vegas in August 1986 and was appointed Controller for a multi-state major resort company, where I managed their finances until the corportate offices were relocated from Nevada to California.
I obtained my real estate license in 1989 and have been succesfully assisting clients like you purchase and sell residential real estate, probate sales, commercial holdings & business opportunities and commercial leasing. Consistently one of Act 1 Realty's top-producing agents!
